J & J Custom Creations carefully prepares and packages each order before shipment. Because many of our items are personalized and made to order, processing time may vary depending on the item and order size.

Shipping costs and available shipping options are shown at checkout when applicable.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary. J & J Custom Creations is not responsible for carrier delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact J & J Custom Creations as soon as possible and include your order number, along with photos of the item and packaging, so we can help resolve the issue.
