By placing an order with J & J Custom Creations, you agree to provide accurate information for all personalization, including names, dates, design numbers, wording, and spelling.

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. J & J Custom Creations is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Because many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, variations in color, grain, knots, texture, and engraving appearance may occur. These natural variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

Product photos and design examples are provided for reference. The appearance and placement of engraving may vary slightly depending on the size, shape, material, and natural characteristics of the item.

Prices, product availability, designs, and processing times are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary and will provide a refund if payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill.
